Our Salons
Four salons. One standard of care
We’ve built something a little different across Dorset and Hampshire — four beautiful, calm, and welcoming salons where every dog is treated like one of our own. Whether you’re in Poole, Christchurch, Lymington, or Ringwood, you’ll find the same qualified team, the same careful approach, and the same genuine love for dogs waiting for you.
More than a grooming salon - a safe space for your dog
We’ve thought carefully about what the ideal grooming environment actually looks and feels like for a dog.
The answer isn’t a busy commercial space with clippers going and dogs waiting around. It’s calm, unhurried, personal — more like a day spa than a pet shop. That’s exactly what we’ve built, four times over.
Max two dogs at a time
No noise, no chaos, no overwhelming environment. Every salon is kept calm and quiet by design.
Your dedicated groomer
Where possible, your dog will see the same groomer at every visit — building real trust and familiarity over time.
Strict appointment times
Your dog will never be left waiting before or after their groom. We stick to our schedule so every dog gets our full, undivided attention.
City & Guilds qualified team
Every groomer across all four salons holds professional qualifications. You're always in expert hands.

Need a quick freshen up? Visit us in Lymington
Our Lymington salon is home to a self-service dog wash station.
It is located outside the salon and available without an appointment. Perfect for a quick, mess-free rinse between grooms — after a muddy New Forest walk, a beach run, or anything your dog managed to find along the way. Everything you need is provided — premium Bugalugs shampoos and conditioners, a built-in dryer, and plenty of space for dogs of all sizes. Just turn up and go. From £8 for 10 minutes. No appointment needed.
