Long and curly coats, for example, have different grooming requirements from short, smooth coats, so the right routine will vary from dog to dog.
A Full Groom includes clipping and scissor styling to your preferred style. A Bath & Tidy is intended as more of a freshen-up between full grooms, including a bath, dry, brush out and lighter tidying.
Yes. Your Full Groom is tailored to your dog’s breed and coat, and we’ll clip and scissor their coat to your preferred style. Just let your groomer know how you’d like them to look when you arrive for their appointment.
If your dog’s coat is matted, we’ll assess its condition before starting the groom. Depending on the level of matting, it may not be possible to achieve your usual or preferred style, as your dog’s comfort and welfare need to come first. We’ll always aim for the most suitable approach for your dog’s coat and individual needs.
Yes. Our team specialises in grooming nervous and anxious dogs. We understand that some dogs find grooming more difficult than others, so we’ll be patient and take things at your dog’s pace, helping them feel as comfortable as possible throughout their visit.
